beachfront bliss
sandy beach quick access lush greenery
I booked a beach front cottage, it opened directly onto a sandy beach. the room had quick access to the ocean. the staff cleaned the room thoroughly whenever requested. the grounds are tropical with lush greenery all around. It created a very peaceful setting.
The sloped tiled entry into the pool lacked handrails. This made entering and exiting the water difficult. it was very slippery and not safe. i felt assistance should have been provided for getting in and out of the pool.

my room was spacious and clean. it offered direct access to the beach. the room included a king-size bed, a seating area with a comfortable sofa, and a private balcony with ocean views.

An OK stay at the resort

The resort has very lush tropical plants and the natural environment is worked into the resort beautifully. The gardens are well maintained. There is A LARGE clean pool that surrounds the restaurant and loops around to the beach area. The private beach on site is rare to have.
It will be over 10 minutes before you. There was a guest in the room next door that constantly smoked. This destroyed the experience of enjoying a morning coffee on the balcony of my room. I found some wood shavings in the bathroom that were not there the night before.

lush greenery wide variety private beach kind staff
The gardens were AMAZING! I walked through the lush greenery every day. The breakfast had a HUGE variety. The private beach was peaceful. I enjoyed quiet walks every evening. The staff were helpful. Jan was especially kind.
The pool tiles were a little slippery near the entrance.

Breakfast offered a wide array of foods and fruits, catering to various tastes. The resort's Crocodile Bar featured international dishes, suitable for those not keen on local cuisine. The service was really good, especially from staff members like Mai Ichereen.

oceanfront area dietary preference thai elegance
the lunch at the oceanfront area was very relaxed. ms. paddy was helpful with dietary preferences and luggage arrangements. she remained poised while assisting guests, showing thai elegance.
the gym was closed for two days. there was no prior notice of this inconvenience. the equipment was damaged and disorganized.

The breakfast was varied, offering many choices.
I found problems with the cleanliness. It was unacceptable. The bathroom felt old and wasn't very clean. I also had issues. There was no clear communication about shuttle schedules or other facilities.
